Just a quick update . I know it's been a bit quiet here lately but I haven't been lazy. Lots of Gym work thanks to My Village Gyms and Richard who is getting some strength into these weak old legs.
Pretty sure my Recumbent legs are getting better... slowly. Big test will be in a few weeks time when I'm at the Human Powered World Championships in Kent ... YES I'm in the event. As some one pointed out  " well the good professionals have to have someone to overtake". I'm about to check and confirm my routes and start contacting people for accommodation for the big ride next year. Speak soon Nic
