Back on the Horse

So I’ve been a bit behind and not able to get out, reasons I won’t bore you with. However I’m “back on the horse”, so to speak. One of the first things I’ve done is to fit a rear disc and take off the calliper brake. This will help scrub off some downhill speed. Currently umm close to topping 40mph freewheeling on the short downhills near me. So when I’m on the big French downhills I’ll be able to lever on the rear brake and scrub some speed without the need to feather the front two discs. I’ll test it out next ride and let you know how I get on.
