So it’s a while since I’ve posted and thought it time to give an update .
I’m now back on two wheels !! It felt like I was riding a skyscraper having come back up from the recumbent trike . My confidence is improving and my back is ok so far .
So I’ve set my self a challenge for April . Knock Ventoux!
has about 4000 metres of climbing spread over 300 km, equal to about 13.3 metres of climbing per kilometre and is awarded 4 points for the Audax Altitude Award Competition.
Those taking part will have a maximum of 20-hours to complete the challenging 300 km route.
So turbo and training has started . Updates to follow
