Moving forwards


So as you can see, i'm back on two wheels.
I've loved my time on the recumbent trike and the comfort that brought, I still stand by it's the most comfortable i've ever been cycling with no sore bum or back after hours in the saddle/seat.
However, my right knee ( which has always given me problems even on two wheels) was just not unto the load put on it for repetitive days of riding, even spinning. I know the electric version would definitely help with that i'm not yet ready to move to electric assist. so instead i'm training back on two wheels and planning to re-ride the French challenge on two wheels.
All has been going well until this week when my sciatica has flared up again but staying positive i'm hopeful this is a minor setback. Fingers crossed
