New Year ride out

Not long now for my epic Triking ride From St Malo 2 Nice !! 

So thought I’d get a 50k ride in while the sun was shining. Bloody cold thought. My gym work ( thanks to the Village Gym Hotel) is paying off as I was 5 mins faster up Old Winchester Hill than my previous Triking rides. 

Also have to say a big thanks to Revervse Gear Inc as their clothing makes riding the Trike so much more comfortable than using upright gear .
