Keto, here we go 

Looking at this change to convert from glucose as a fuel to natural fats. I’ve always struggled with my relationship with beige carbs ( love them too much ) so a strict low carb hi natural fats is going to be tough but having read quite a bit and in the need of loosing some kgs before May, I’ve decided to give it a try . Only on day two so will keep you posted my last weigh in was Body weight 94.00Kg BMI 28.4 BODY FAT 30.4%
