D-Day... no not that one

D-Day is here... departure day the day ( or evening) I leave for St Malo. Tomorrow is day 1 of 12 days cycling, or Triking if you like from St Malo 2 Nice. It’s hard to think it’s really here! Oh course the weathers changed but as well as being nervous I’m beginning to get excited. 

I plan to be mindful during the journey especially considering how fortunate I am to to have loving support form my family and friends. Also I’ll have these words ringing in my ears ....
